MY PRIORITIES FOR DISTRICT 5

People. Purpose. Progress.

Palmdale families deserve a city government that listens, responds, and delivers. My priorities focus on safer neighborhoods, stronger families, better infrastructure, economic opportunity, responsible growth, and transparent government. Together, we can make sure District 5 receives the attention, investment, and representation it deserves.

BUILDING A STRONGER DISTRICT 5

Practical priorities. Accountable leadership. A stronger future for every Palmdale family.

SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS & PUBLIC SAFETY

Every family deserves to feel safe at home, at school, and in their neighborhood. I will support responsible public-safety strategies, stronger community partnerships, safer streets and school zones, and solutions that address property crime while building trust between residents and public-safety agencies.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING & HOMELESSNESS

Palmdale needs housing solutions that keep families in their homes while addressing homelessness with accountability and compassion. I support expanding attainable housing, strengthening pathways to homeownership, and pursuing transitional and supportive housing solutions that move people toward long-term stability.

ROADS, INFRASTRUCTURE & TRANSPORTATION

District 5 deserves streets and infrastructure that are safe, reliable, and maintained. I will advocate for timely road and pothole repairs, improved street lighting and crosswalks, safer routes for pedestrians and cyclists, and better transportation connections between our neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and the rest of Palmdale.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT & LOCAL JOBS

Palmdale should be a place where residents can build careers, grow businesses, and create opportunities close to home. I will support responsible economic development that attracts quality employers, strengthens small and locally owned businesses, expands workforce opportunities for young people and adults, and brings more investment into District 5.

YOUTH, FAMILIES & COMMUNITY OPPORTUNITIES

Palmdale’s future depends on investing in our children and families. I will advocate for stronger youth programs, affordable recreational opportunities, partnerships with schools and community organizations, and greater access to local amenities for Palmdale families. I will also support programs that give young people safe places to learn, participate in sports, develop leadership skills, and prepare for their futures.

ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY & RESPONSIBLE SPENDING

Residents deserve to know how their city government makes decisions and spends taxpayer dollars. I will advocate for transparent budgeting, accessible public information, responsible use of city resources, and clear accountability for programs and contracts. I will work to ensure District 5 residents have a meaningful voice in decisions that affect their neighborhoods and their future.
